Crdroid 11.x Installation for Topaz/Tapas
Pre-installation:
- Firmware
- Optional GApps (from download page, GApps button)
- Recovery (from download page, Recovery button)
- RO2RW Sourceforge
First Time Installation (Clean Flash):
- Backup your imporant files to PC, Memory Card or OTG flash drive
- Boot to Custom Recovery
- Format Data/Wipe Internal, Cache, Dalvik, Metadata, etc.
- Flash Required Firmware Version
- Flash crDroid ROM
- Reflash Custom Recovery
- Reboot Recovery
- Flash RO2RW
- Reboot Recovery
- Flash GApps
- Format Data/Wipe Cache & Dalvik
- Reboot System
Update installation (DO NOT FORMAT DATA):
Via custom recovery (recommended way):
- Boot to Custom Recovery
- Flash crDroid ROM
- Reflash Custom Recovery
- Reboot to Recovery
- Flash RO2RW
- Reboot Recovery
- Flash GApps
- Reboot System
Via OTA:
- Go to Settings -> System -> Updater and download latest build
- Choose install and let it finish
- Reboot
