crDroid 11.8 Release Notes
We’re excited to announce the release of crDroid 11.8, bringing in fresh improvements, fixes, and updates to keep your device running smooth and secure.
📌 Highlights
- Updated security patches to August 2025
- New option: Import your own keybox (found under crDroid Settings → Misc) for passing Integrity (need own keybox.xml that's not included)
🚀 Launcher3 Improvements
The launcher received a bunch of refinements to improve usability and polish:
- Quickspace: Various improvements
- Prevent wrapping of icons from icon packs
- Cancel ongoing animations before entering All Apps
- Align icons vertically when labels are hidden
- Improved meminfo view height and margins
- Do not skip search animation for app icons
- Quickspace: Prevent clipping of text
- Fixed meminfo color on light theme
🔧 System & UI Fixes
- Fixed ringtone setup for secondary SIM slot
- Fixed colors issue on QS for battery styles
- Fixed QS color for circle battery styles
- SystemUI: SplitShade header now follows light/dark theme correctly
- Added crDroid support notification
- Updated translations across the system
- Various small audio changes
- Other minor updates and fixes
🌐 Webview Update
- Chromium Webview updated to 139.0.7258.143
